  • Compression Molding

    The preload of the rubber material or compound is placed directly in the mold cavity and compressed into the cavity by closing the mold. It is suitable for rubber parts with complex shapes or grooves.

  • Transfer Molding

    The rubber material or compound is placed in a mold "pot" that sits between the mold top plate and the press plunger, and the material or compound is extruded from the "pot" through a gate or sprue into the mold cavity, suitable for complex shapes that require precise control of rubber distribution.

  • Injection Molding

    Injection molding is a process in which a rubber material or compound is heated and, when the material or compound is in a flowable state in the syringe, the material or compound is forced or injected into the mold cavity, which is suitable for high-efficiency production and complex-shaped rubber parts.
