Dimensional inspection: In the production process of rubber parts, dimensional accuracy is one of the key factors to ensure product quality. Tosun has formed a QC (quality control) team of 20 experienced members. Our inspection process includes income inspection, random sampling inspection, and final inspection before delivery to ensure that potential dimensional deviations can be discovered and corrected in time at each link. We provide a variety of advanced inspection tools including calipers and video measurement systems.
